總氮指水體中所有含氮化合物（包括氨氮、硝酸鹽、有機(jī)氮等）的總量指標(biāo)，是衡量水質(zhì)富營養(yǎng)化程度的關(guān)鍵參數(shù)，測定方法通常采用凱氏定氮法。
