Optics and photonics—Environmental test methods—Part 8:High internal pressure, low internal pressure, immersion (English Version)
The new version of the standard inherits and develops the core test system of the GB/T12085 series, and for the first time formally includes optical and photonics instruments in the naming scope of the standard file. Compared with the 2010 version, the upgrade is mainly completed in three aspects:
Test parameter accuracy is improved:The immersion test temperature tolerance is tightened from ±3℃ to ±2℃Test type | Pressure difference (kPa) | Duration | Tolerance range |
---|---|---|---|
High internal pressure | 50±0.2 | 30min | ≤0.5kPa |
Low internal pressure | 100±0.5 | 40min td> | ≤1.0kPa |
Immersion | 4m underwater | 3h | ±10% depth |
When conducting immersion tests on optical observation systems, special attention should be paid to:
After a telescope manufacturer improved the sealing test in accordance with this standard, the waterproof level of its military-grade products was increased from IP67 to IP69K.
Risk type | Preventive measures |
---|---|
Pressure mutation | Add 30 seconds buffer gradient transition |
Specimen freezing | Environment constant temperature control ±0.5℃ |
